Brown's Creek Trail Snowshoe/Walk Saturday, February 8 Postpone date February 22 AVA Sanction ID #129169

Registration Start/finish: Gasthaus Bavarian Hunter, Stillwater Register between 10 a.m.-1 p.m. and finish by 3 p.m. The Trail Sanctioned for 6km out and back to Duluth Junction (Gateway Trail) with signs for early turn around. Additional 4km available walking the opposite direction to Coldwater Stop and back. Mostly flat on paved trail; horse trail is hard packed dirt and has some minor hills.  Afton State Park will have snowshoes available for those wanting to try out snowshoeing, or bring your own, or walk in your winter boots! Event Award Snowshoeing beer steins leather pin, $9; IVV event book credit, $4; walk only, $4.  We ask that you print the registration sheet using link below, fill it out and bring it to the event along with your payment. Event registration sheet. Lunch Note! Gasthaus Bavarian Hunter will be providing a discount lunch for walkers. Purchase a coupon at registration for $15, turn that in at the bar and they’ll cook up your lunch! You can order any one lunch menu item. Must be registered for our event to purchase. Turn west on McKusick Rd. and take the first left to the restaurant. Weather precautions This event will be postponed in the event of inclement weather. Postpone date is February 22.
